Many a times you would have seen people who remain positive even in difficult situations and you admire them. Many people think that it’s genetic, it’s in their genes. No, it’s not, positivity is a feeling, it has science but it’s an art. Yes, it’s an art, art of thinking positive even when you are surrounded by all negative thoughts. Positivity originates from self-motivation. Acquiring positivity in one day or night is not a cake walk. It requires practice. Successful people say motivate yourself everyday but it’s not as easy as it sounds. Imagine a difficult situation and how you reacted to that.
